The Holy Spirit is not a thing but a person, he is united with the Son and the Father, he is power, he is present and he is our advocate. John 14:16
When trying to make a decision we must be prepared to listen and go with the Peace of God (Shalom) Trusting the holy Spirit.
Pentecost (feast of weeks, Day' of first fruits, first buds of harvest)
Deut 16:16 Passover Spring
& weeks and a day later Pentecost
Fest of the Tabernacle In the fall, last harvest.
Lev 15:16
Church came alive with the Holy Spirit. Church without the Spirit is not the Church, is dead, worldly.
Ask three questions when reading scripture:
1: What did it mean then? (context)
2: What does it mean now? (Heb 13:8 Same always)
3: What does it mean to me?( application)
Church has become Feeble week and emaciated, no faith in the Holy-spirit, denial of its presence, it's existence or it's power. church without Holy Spirit is not a church but a social club, a clanging symbol.
