What is the purpose of “My Flight Plan”?: For every believer there must be a place to begin our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ as well as a step by step process to come to maturity. Even though the steps are clearly defined by scripture the experience though similar in nature to all believers is quite unique because every person comes to Christ with different issues and flaws that need to be addressed. Therefore it is imperative for us to know that our maturity is determined by the spiritual fruit we produce. The steps we will be talking about are relative to the level of spiritual fruit and is not related to time or experience. The fact is that the fruit we need to produce cannot be produced by simply attending services. It is a conscious effort to apply biblical truth to our everyday lives. We want to help you understand that there is a place for everyone to participate at ACM. We want you to have a clear understanding of how we function so you can produce great fruit and enjoy interacting with the body of Christ here at Antioch. You are loved and we want every person to reach their fullest potential. Leadership is open to everyone but there is training and there is a defined path to achieve it. Whether you came to us from an existing leadership function or you have just been born again. We want you to understand the path you will need to take to participate in leadership. We welcome you to the process, there is room for everyone. (Eph 4, Romans 12, 1 Cor. 12)
